Experienced Call Center Agents
(National Capital Reg – SM North Edsa, Eastwood City)

Responsibilities:

* For the SM North Edsa Opening – As a technical support representative, you’ll be assisting people from different countries; receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products such as computer hardware, inkjet Printers and laptops. You will analyze the source of problems reported, locating trends and recommending measures to minimize or eliminate future occurrences. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.

* For the Eastwood City Opening – As a sales representative, you’ll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice on products and helping customers select the right service plans. You’ll be rewarded with commissions as you help our clients meet their sales goals. Most of the sales programs are easy to learn, so you can begin earning commissions quickly. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.

Requirements:

* One (1) year experience in a call center.
* Proven communication skills with US clients is a plus.
* Good problem solving and decision making skills.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (SM North Edsa or Eastwood).
* Interested applicants can walk-in to either of the two sites: Quezon City or Shaw for processing (See below for the address).
