Finance Supervisor – Accounts Payable
(National Capital Reg – Libis, Quezon City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Reviews and validates vendor invoices and supporting documents attached to the voucher for payment
* Ensure that payments are processed on time and within the due dates specified
* Ensure that there are no long outstanding and unpaid invoices
* Supervise Finance Officers’ activities on a day-to-day basis
* Prepare schedules for both internal and external customers, as maybe required
* Handle reconcilliation with vendors on disputed accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
