QUALITY ANALYST (Pioneer Outbound Collections Account)
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
* Perform Quality Control of day’s calls conducted.
* Document observations and provide feedback to improve areas of opportunity.
* Maintain the agreed level of quality in client operations.
* Continuously provide information, analysis and trends to the Team Leaders and Account Manager for meeting client’s expectation.
Requirements:
* College Graduate
* At least 2-3 years Quality Analyst experience in an Outbound Collections or Outbound Sales Account
* Excellent listening skills
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Keen attention to details
* Objectivity is a must
* Can work on an early morning shift (2am or 3am)
* With US Visa an advantage
* Willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
