Customer Service Representative – Leyte

Responsibilities:

* Provides a variety of customer services through inbound calls.
* Serves as liaison between the customer and client.

Requirements:

* Candidates must have completed at least sophomore year in college.
* Must possess excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
* Must be an effective team player.
* Must have working knowledge of computers and the internet; can type 25 wpm.
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be willing to work on shifts particularly night shift.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Palo, Leyte.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
