Workforce Analyst
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Workforce Analysts are responsible for strategy planning.

* The team coordinates recruiting requirements to ensure required staffing levels are in place to meet client requirements.

* The team works directly with our human resources, operations, training, and client services team.

* Responsible for financial planning to ensure accounts are meeting revenue targets.

* Approves and schedules off line activity.

* Communicates short and long term planning initiatives to internal shareholders.

* Facilitates weekly client staffing calibration calls, and setting key deliverables with ownership and timeline expectations.

* Development of mitigation plans if any targets are out of compliance.

* Responsible for site, and account level utilization.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Candidate must be knowledgable with Aspect eWFM

* Excellent business English communication skills both in verbal and written

* Should be amenable to work on shifting schedule

* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
