HR Generalist
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for payroll, benefits and clearance processing; ensures that payroll data are accurate and complete and that company and government mandated benefits are processed and released on time
* Responsible for the maintenance and update of the employee information data base and the creation of employee file in the HRIS. Also responsible for the documentation of employment contract, Certificate of Employment (COE), and safekeeping of 201 files
* Responsible for the monitoring of employee movements and the maintenance of manpower reports (team groupings, attrition, etc.); ensures that the team groupings file is updated on a daily basis and manpower reports are submitted to all users on time; assists in the formulation of HR policies and procedures

Responsible for the administration and maintenance of human resources systems, policies and procedures, covering areas of employee relations and industrial/labor relations and compensation and benefits

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
