TSR for Anti-Virus and General Spyware account to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for responding to incoming calls (Tier 1) and for providing internal consult and escalation capability for follow-up research, resolution and call back on open issues.
* Familiar with every day computer tasks such as internet navigation & basic research.
* Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
* Ability to use the desktop computer system.
* Knowledge of Operating systems and Security Features.
* Ability to perform the Overall Phone Support process.
* Ability to perform the Troubleshooting process.
* Certified to at least One Operating System.
* HAS TECHNICAL PREMIUM.
* PREMIERE TECHNICAL PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES EXTENSIVE TRAINING PRIOR TO RECEIVING CALLS.
* FASTER CAREER GROWTH, ACCOUNT EXPANSION AND SUPERVISOR OR LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES/TIER 2 OPENINGS.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 50 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
