Reports Analyst
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* The Reports Analyst will be responsible for designing, generating and distributing performance metric reports for Sitel’s accounts based in the Hamilton, Memphis, and Starkville sites. The Reports Analyst will create and maintain the Agent and Coach Balanced Scorecards and Weekly Business Review reports for each account. He/she will communicate with, and provide back-up support for other regional Reporting Analysts and will receive and fulfill reporting requests for DAOs, Operations Managers, and Operations Dierctors.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

* At least 1 year of working experience in a call center environment doing reporting and analysis work including agent and site performance metrics, 6 months of which spent as Reports Analyst or similar function. Background in Workforce Management/Analysis will be an advantage.

* Candidate must be highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Access and in various programming languages and must be knowledgeable in MS Powerpoint and MS Visio.

* Candidates with sufficient and relevant training on fundamental call center metrics management will have an advantage.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
