Customer Service Representative -US Financial Account – (Libis)
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood, Libis or Pioneer, Mandaluyong)

Responsibilities:

* In this position, you must provide quality voice support and respond to clients’ issues and concerns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

* >must be computer literate — [knows how to operate computer, has knowledge in computer applications, familiar in internet applications, has typing skills of at least 30 wpm]
* >with or without call center experience
* >open for 18 years of age
* >willing to work during holidays/weekends
* >must be willing to work graveyard/ shifting schedules
* >must be willing to work in Libis
* >college graduate or completed at least 2nd/3rd year college of any course
* >nursing not allowed
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
