PRODUCT SPECIALISTS
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Pasig City)

Responsibilities:
As PRODUCT SPECIALIST you will provide personalized service that meets or exceeds clients time and quality expectations. You will execute transactions promptly and accurately to respond to clients’ requests and inquiries. To meet these demands, you will focus on understanding the firm’s service policies, systems and legal compliance regulations as well as our products and services.

Requirements:
• Minimum of (6) six months work experience in retail, corporate, real estate, pharmaceuticals, consumer, Telco, Distribution, or Call Center is an advantage.
• Minimum (6) six months of sales experience required
Strong Communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to multi-task and keep up to date with new procedures and product features
• Must be willing to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client focus mindset with moderate proficiencies in consulting/ advising clients, answering inquiries and providing information, and managing difficult situations with customers
• Ability to apply effective presentation skills, demonstrations, or trainings
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to cross-sell products and
• College Graduate or its equivalent is required (OPEN to ANY DEGREE COURSES)
