Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Customer Service, Communications Skills, Computer Literate.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service – General or Others.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Native English speaker or near native speaker English Speaker
* Customer oriented
* Familiarity with mobile devices and mobile consumer products is an advantage
* Rational decision making

Customer Service Associate: P12,000 to P14,000 excluding allowances and night differential
• Collage graduate or finished at least two years in collage
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent Problem Solving and Decision making Skills
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Able to follow instructions and work under close supervision in a structured environment
• PC literate ( i.e., able to open and close software programs, able to navigate around the computer and internet

Customer Service Associate: P16,000 to P18,000 excluding allowances and night differential
• Call Center experience required ( must be regularized after at least six months in one call center )
• Collage graduate or finished at least two years in collage
• Strong customer service orientation
• Should be interested and have skills to do upselling and cross selling of products
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Able to follow instructions and work under close supervision in a structured environment
• PC literate ( i.e., able to open and close software programs, able to navigate around the computer and internet

Customer Service Associate: Inbound / Upselling P30,000/month or more plus incentives
• Applicants with no experience P14,000
• Applicants with experience P16,000
• P1,000 meal allowance + P1,500 transportation allowance + 20% night differential

Technical Sales Representative : P16,000 to P18,000 excluding allowances and night differential
• Must have finished at least two years of collage ( preferably IT/Computer related course)
• Work experience in computer trouble shooting
