CEBU – Trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To effectively design, deliver and review training for assigned programmes, developmental courses, induction, and orientation. Proactively access skill gaps in operations versus skills and knowledge imparted through the learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Worked in a call centre environment for a minimum of 18 months.
* Comprehensive understanding of a call centre environment.
* Train the Trainer certification or equivalent.
* Technical instructor in an Instructor-led classroom environment experience
* Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent computer literacy with a variety of software packages.
* Supervisory experience preferred, preferably in a call center environment
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Required language(s): English.
