JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Regional Leasing Manager shall manage a group of Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to ensure maximum occupancy of leasable spaces in the malls under his/her area of responsibility. This individual will plan and implement various strategies to bring in new retail tenants and concepts. He/ she is expected to maintain positive tenant relationships to promote maximum occupancy of the properties, prepare forecasts and plan the business cycle to optimize mall value and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have at least 10 solid years of managerial experience in property/tenant management, sales and marketing, or brand management, with a minimum academic requirement of a Bachelors Degree preferably in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.

Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; with strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills which, will be useful in dealing with associates, clients, and customers; he/she must possess a high level of organizational skills and the ability to plan effectively; must focused and very detail-oriented.

Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contacts are extremely helpful, experience in sales and brand marketing will be very helpful as well.

This position will be based in the Head Office but requires travel to different SM malls on a regular basis.
