* Design, implement, and evaluate courses for the Medical Transcription Training Program which consist mainly of Medical Specialties lectures and includes assessment of learning and training effectiveness.
* Pooling, sourcing, and processing of applicants for the MT Training Program
* Process and evaluate transcription files of learners of the training program
* Supervise and coach students on the medical transcription process.
* Design, implement, and evaluate training programs offered by the SPi Learning Academy to SPi employees and affiliate companies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Be a graduate of an Allied Medical Professions course, preferably Nursing, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
* Have at least 1 year Teaching or Training experience.
* Be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision, assertive, creative, and self-starter.
* Be knowledgeable of the Medical Transcription processes a plus, but not required.
* Have passion for teaching and training, and is comfortable delivering Behavioral training programs.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Full-Time positions available.
