Product Trainer
(Central Luzon – Clark, Pampanga)

Responsibilities:

* The Trainer will be responsible for delivering all account training to ensure world class operations. The Trainer is also responsible for creating a high performance environment by adhering to the disciplines outlined. He/She must be able to work in a multi-tasking, team oriented environment to deliver measurable and quantitative results. The Trainer will represent Sutherland professionally in all client interactions and deliver desired results in the highest quality manner with a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Clark,Pampanga.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees in a BPO company.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
* Can work independently and with minimum supervision.
* Full-Time positions available.
