TSR for Web-Based Applications (Job Code: TSR-WEB)
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot software issues through configuration of admin settings and sometimes through changes in the code
* Will do mostly back-office support but will sometimes involve doing inbound/outbound calls if needed

Requirements:

* GRADUATE of a Bachelor’s degree course or FINISHED vocational/diploma course which is related to computers (ex: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
* Working knowledge of the Web and Web-based applications
* Knowledgeable or practical experience in using HTML and XML
* Previous call-center experience is an advantage
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Willing to be assigned at the One San Miguel Avenue Building (OSMA) located at the corner of Shaw Blvd. and San Miguel Ave. at Ortigas, Pasig City
* Willing to work on shifting schedules (including the night shift)
* Available to start on October 5
