Technical Support Representatives (EDSA-Ortigas)
(National Capital Reg – Mandaluyong City / Pasig City)

* Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
* Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate of any four year course or accomplished at least second year college.
* Experience on any technical account with prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication skills and call handling skills.
* Superior listening skills and Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills.
* Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency.
* Time Management Skills.
* Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Willing to work in shifting schedule.
