Employee Relations – Assistant Manager
(National Capital Reg – Muntinlupa City)

Responsibilities:

* Employee Relations and Engagement, Performance Management, and HR operations.

* Performance Management

* -Driving and facilitating the Performance Management System
* -Education and communication on the related processes and practices
* -Periodic performance assessment and feedback processes
* -Devising and institutionalizing processes to measure and improve the quality of Performance Management system
* -Incentive design and administration

* Employee Engagement

* -Drive employee engagement processes, including Employee – Leadership Communication, Skips and Pulses, Fun@work etc.
* -Devise and drive initiatives and processes contributing to Employee Retention
* -Drive HR Scorecard Metrices

* HR Operations

* -Coordinate with Corporate HR Operations team to facilitate payroll and other employee related issues
* -Maintain and publish HR MIS
* -Responsible for HR database systems

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent preferably in the BPO industry.
