Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
•Relays understandable information to clients or customers.
•Answers inbound calls from customers.
•Provides information on products and services.

Requirement:
•Completed at least 2 years in college, four year course or associate degree.
•Average to Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
•Strong customer-service orientation, organized and methodical.
•Eager to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
•Can multi-task and work on minimal supervision.
•Amenable to work on rotating schedules, graveyard shift, holidays and weekends.
•Available to start ASAP.
•Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
•Full-time positions available.
