Manager – Network Consulting
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

* Provides direction and management supervision of highly specialized exempt engineering organization providing technical design, implementation, and ongoing support.
* Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions and or customers.
* Requires the ability to resolve or gain acceptance of others in sensitive issues and drive major deliverables for the organization.
* Ensures budgets, schedules and performance requirements are met.
* Provides guidance to team members.
* Assesses resource and project workloads to ensure a balanced allocation to meet demands.

Requirements:

* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business, and 10 years experience managing an engineering organization.
* Strong background in IP internetworking and IP security across very large enterprise networks and some voice such as Avaya.
* System integration knowledge of large and complex outsourcing arrangements.
* Capable of working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
* Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
* Strong oral and written communication skills required and good working knowledge with MS Office packages.
* Excellent customer interface skills required.
* Proven track record of leadership skills and ability to manage in a matrix environment.
