Customer Care Executives-US Based Accounts

(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)

Requirements:

*

must have at least 2 years of college education or completed a diploma or certificate course

* must have at least 6 months experience in the Contact Center Industry

* experience in order-entry, sales and/or customer service an advantage

* upselling exposure will be considered as additional skill

* must be fluent in English communication and comprehension skills
