Responsibilities:

* Support services include but is not limited to candidate resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, database sourcing, exit surveys, reference checking, chat  and applicant tracking helpdesk support.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
* Required skill(s): good English communication skills, MS Office.
* Applicants with at least 6 mos Call center experience preferred
* Proven ability to communicate through verbal and written measures
* Data entry and proofreading skills required.
* Able to work shifts as required.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
