Responsibilities:

* Agents will be doing outbound calls
* Update clients information

Requirements:

* Meet or exceed targets / quota and quality measurements to ensure activity levels are sufficient enough to drive results. (NO SELLING)

* Excellent command of the English language.

* Aggressive / strong personality.

* Strong tolerance to stress and pressure

* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.

* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

* 20 positions available.
