Quality Assurance, Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* MUST have a project lead experience in guiding a team of QA professionals through all phases of a project and ensuring the quality and successful delivery of all project deliverables.
* Planning the test effort, organizing the test team and tracking the test effort’s progress as well as training and developing team members.
* Possess expertise in creating comprehensive test plans, and in recognizing and mitigating risk.
* Thorough understanding of test metrics and a background in providing technical support in troubleshooting configuration, application data, and user related problems.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, an understanding of current business objectives as well as the ability to anticipate the needs to meet those goals with sound business judgement.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): C++, C#, MS SQL, Microsoft .Net & Platform
* At least 5 year(s) of QA experience to the table, along with proven experience in coaching and developing etam members to achieve their goals.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
