Training Assistant
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)
? Responsible for handling all logistics including but not limited to meeting, seminar, and training arrangements
? Track and maintain training/program invoice, monthly/regular reports and summarize evaluation reports
? Coordinate with other departments / accounts in relation to training programs and initiatives
? Occasionally conduct training programs (i.e., New Employee Orientation) as needed
? Perform other tasks required by the Supervisor or Manager of the Department.
-Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Marketing or any similar courses
-Experience in Training, an advantage but not a requirement
-Excellent command of the English language
-Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Goal-oriented, team player, high organization skills
-Willing to work on extend hours
-Can start to work immediately and willing to work in Makati
Required language(s): English.
