REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
* Shared Services background of at least 1 year
* Call center experience of at least 1 year as Manager
* Willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly analytical and works well under pressure
* Strong customer service orientation
