Enterprise Risk Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work with senior management to develop the overall enterprise risk management vision, risk management strategy, policy and framework that will be aligned with the overall Group objectives taking into consideration the risk appetite and tolerance levels of the Group.
* Continuous communicating and transfer of risk management principles and practices including policy and strategy through training interventions for all stakeholders within the Group.
* Setting up of the risk management structure and risk management reporting lines within the Group.
* Providing input on the development and subsequent review of the fraud prevention strategy.
* Direct the development of business continuity plans and practices including those related to disaster management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Holds at least a Bachelor degree.
* Has working experience for at least 10 years in risk management initiatives and business continuity planning out of which 3 years is in either ORM or ERM.
* Ability to interface with various functions in an regional/international matrix structure.
* The ability to organize and motivate others, some of whom may be in more senior positions. This includes the ability to chair and run meetings.
* Ability to work well independently, self-motivated and used to operate in a demanding, profit-driven environment.
* Good, planning and organization leadership quality, inter personal and analytical skills.
* A strong educational background evidenced ideally by a post-graduate degree or has specialized training in relevant subjects.Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees.
* Full-Time positions available.
