Responsibilities:

* Develops and implements the staffing processes and programs to meet business and organizational requirements in terms of staffing and recruiting.
* Provides continuous improvement of a variety of recruiting related processes and tools including candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, medical screening, tracking and reporting information.
* Provides HR support to the captive center staff.
* Assures the effective recruitment, selection and orientation of new Associates and/or alternative staffing through a dynamic pre-boarding program.
* Develops effective, best practice and robust I.M. pre-boarding and on-boarding processes.
* Enhances I.M. staffing strategy by gathering and sharing competitive intelligence on market trends, ensuring best practice.
* Develops local systems appropriate for different processes, in conjunction with I.M. Global HR staffing, (recruitment, software, applicant tracking systems, on-boarding training, JobsDB/Jobstreet, external recruiting partners and sourcing management)
* Performs other functions as required.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Humanities, Philosophy or Logic, Political Science Human Resources related field; MBA preferred.
* At least 5-7 year(s) of broad and diversified, Global HR and staffing experiences.
* Knowledge Needed For Performance of Job: Labor Code of the Philippines, Recruiting for BPO companies, BPAP, CCAP and captive centers recruiting and processes.
* Special Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills. Proficiency in various systems, Acrobat, Outlook, WeBex, Microsoft Office Suite.
* Requirements : Tenure of average 3-5 years each in previous companies worked, minimum of 5 years managerial experience, worked on GY shift
* Character Traits : Bold, extremely confident, systematic and organized, thrives in a fast paced environment, assertive but tactful, excellent people skills, adaptive
