Nursing Unit Manager (007)

* Assist in Managing transaction processing teams operating in two shifts across the Care Management operation
* Accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed.
* Responsible for client satisfaction in area of responsibility, against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.
* Required to provide valuable contribution in communication of strategy, initiatives, local plans and performance metrics across own area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Nursing or equivalent.
* Must be a philippine registered nurse
* Having passed the NCLEX is an advantage but not a requirement
* At least 3 to 5 years supervisory experience
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
* Open to graveyard and shifting schedules
* Full-Time positions available.
