HR Business Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversee and monitor all HR BPs to ensure the achievement of all departmental objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

* The candidate should possess in-depth understanding on HR fundamentals and has working knowledge on Employee Case Management, Employment Law, Strategic Planning and Organization Development.

* Demonstrated HR experience and competency in the areas of business acumen, data reporting and analysis, influencing, contracting, consulting, negotiating, organizational assessment and intervention, meeting design, facilitation and team development.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Full-Time positions available.
