SENIOR SEO INTERNET CONTENT MANAGER
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

* Develops and executes an online customer acquisition plan designed to maximize site traffic and player demand.
* Maximizes paid/natural search traffic and order conversion, while meeting cost per acquisition targets.
* Directs interactive marketing and media campaigns to meet business performance objectives.
* Executes effective affiliate programs/publisher management activities to achieve business development goals.
* Tracks and measures online advertising programs and designs test strategies and creative to optimize results.
* Ensures effective creative development and execution to support program and media efforts.
* Develops and produces delivery of online programs.
* Manages online marketing initiatives and works with internal and external resources and agencies to oversee planning and execution to hit quantifiable targets.
* Identifies new opportunities to expand its online marketing efforts, scaling existing programs through improved performance and extending programs to support more sites.
* Stays abreast of the latest developments in online marketing to identify new and emerging media channels and opportunities to utilize Web-based media and technology to drive our business goals.
* Maintains institutional web content and applications. Recommends enhancements and new web features. Activities include updating and revising content, modifying Web applications and migrating micro sites from different platforms to a single platform.
* Consults with partners and gathers their inputs for user interface design; provides technical support to development team, and works with cross-institute project managers to draft and review work schedules, deadlines and job requirements.

Requirements:

* 6 years of marketing experience including 3 years of relevant direct marketing experience with internet focus
* 5 years site management experience in business-to-consumer or egaming Internet space desirable.
* Strong understanding of key internet marketing medium: all consumer marketing mediums – e-commerce, email, banners, pop-ups/unders, PPC, CPA, affiliate, landing pages, etc.
* Strong user interface and usability knowledge.
* Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
* Excellent customer segmentation building and analysis skills
* Excellent knowledge and ability to direct and integrate CRM into overall marketing plan
* Excellent writing skills with the ability to write internet marketing copy.
* Proven leadership and management talent and the ability to influence those at all levels of an organization to drive results.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.
* Strong knowledge of web technology, particularly enterprise web content management systems, internet security, portal technology and search engines.
* Outstanding organizational, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Marketing or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
