REPORTS SPECIALIST
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
• Able to format and analyze logistics data.
• Create formula on subject data using MS Excel and MS Access.
• Able to track logistics progress data.
• Communicate regularly and primarily with Less-than-Truckload (LTL) carriers
which includes requesting information from CSRs, Sales, and IT individuals
• Able to meet the preset service level agreements with the client.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Moderate level MS Excel knowledge
• Copy/paste
• Data formatting
• Sorting
• .csv conversion
• Working with templates
• “Text to column”
• “Concatenate”
• Progress tracking
2. Moderate level MS Access knowledge
• Create tables
• Create simple queries
• Import/Export data
3. Any programming skills would be a plus.
4. Average English, oral and written, communication skills
5. Able to use Resolution-based approach
6. Flexibility to changing priorities.
7. Must be process-oriented and can follow detailed instructions.
8. Honesty and accountability.

10. Root-cause determination
• 3rd party data is not necessarily clean information. The employee must be able to recognize where potential problems may lie and be able to use technology skill set to resolve.
11. Can learn or has basic understanding of Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations.

Education and Experience:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Customer Service or Client Relations experience
