Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or at least two years of college education in any field.
* Required skill(s): Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Must have a strong tolerance to pressure
* Willing to work on a multi-shift environment
* US customer-contact experience is an advantage
* Experience in recovery collections will also be an advantage
* Required language(s): English or Spanish
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
