Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Course in any field; Business, Math and Statistic degrees is a plus.
* Required skill(s): Highly analytical
* Must have a background in conducting call center quality assessment programs
* Preference will be given to those with actual call center agent background most especially on collections and customer support.
* Proficient in advance MS Excel
* Must be able to translate QA results into actionable strategic operational plans.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
