Requirements:

* A Bachelor’s/College Degree Holder in Mass Communications or any field
* With 3yrs. work experience in related position in a call center
* Outstanding written & verbal skills
* Can express ideas clearly
* Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
* Able to manage large number of groups
