Full Time Customer Service Associates – Bilingual:Spanish and English (Makati)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Completed at least 2 years of college or its equivalent
* Fluent in English and communicates clearly
* Proficient in basic computer operations
* Proficient with various software applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel
* Has working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (phone, email, web)
* Required language(s): English, Spanish
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
