Responsibilities:

* Responsibilities may include but is not limited to:
* * Assisting clients when it comes to their concerns
* * Giving information to clients regarding their inquiries
* * Able to give advice when necessary.
* * Able to personalize the call using the consumer’s name.
* * Allows caller to state concern without any interruptions.
* * Uses statements to confirm understanding and commitment to resolve the inquiry.
* * Able to probe and troubleshoot to clarify the consumer’s need.
* * Persistency and Flair for sales.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree if no Call Center Experience or at least 2 years of college
* Required skill(s): Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Sales Experience
* Required language(s): English.

* Applicants must be willing to work shifting schedules
