Call Center Agent
(National Capital Reg – Makati city)

Responsibilities:

* Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
* Sell product (banner product is wheatgrass) and place customer orders in computer system.
* Provide customers with product information.
* Upsell products
* Convert customer calls into sales
* Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
* Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
* Complete call logs and reports.
* Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
* Recommend process improvements.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Medical backgroud, , Medical Science, Nursing, Mass Communications, Others, BioTechnology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): good communications skill written and verbal, listening skills, sales skills.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* Fast Learner
* At least three (3) months experience in customer service in a call center environment
* Previous experience in inbound and/or outbound sales or customer service/customer relations
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati city.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) – Proficiency in English
* Know how to speak visayan  – an advantage
* Know how to speak spanish – an advantage
