Team Leader (Makati)
(National Capital Reg)
* A Team leader monitors, identies and resolves performance/behavior/attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques of subordinates.
* He will be assigned in a customer service for a cellular service provider.
* They will be responsible for monitoring TKS, personnel and payroll issues as well as conduct annual performance appraisals.
* The Team Leader maintains current employee records on direct reports, ensures training needs of subordinates, review CMS statistics on a daily basis to provide constructive feedback, modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Operations Manager, resolve escalated customer issues, communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness and promote the use of all center communication tools.
* He is also responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of non-exempt work group, including work assignment and attendance monitoring; providing input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group(s) in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements among others.
REQUIREMENTS:
* We are looking for candidates who at least completed 2 years of college
* Excellent communication skills in English
* We need candidates who are familiar with basic computer operations and software applications such as Word and Excel
* Having a previous working experience in the same position for at least 1 to 2 years
* Has an ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
* Has an ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions.
* Has an ability to coach, develops action plans, which maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
* Has an ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources.
* Has strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
