Call Center Representatives (Inbound/Outbound)
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

* He/she will be responsible in either assisting cardholders on various inquiries, requests and complaints via phone or offer various marketing usage programs to existing cardholders

Requirements:

* College graduate
* Experience in customer service and telemarketing will be an advantage but not necessary
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
* Proficient in MS Office applications

We expect all candidates to posses above average scholastic records, above average oral and written communication and human relations skills, and computer proficiency (Word & Excel).
