RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To assist customers with their billing issues, account activation, and other program inquiries. With minimal upselling, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Computer literacy.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 50 Full-Time positions available.
* Qualified candidates will be assigned in Ortigas and can start on September 22, 2008.
* Agents for this account will be assigned to assist customers with their billing issues, account activation, and other program inquiries. With minimal upselling, but not required.
