Responsibilities

* Sales
* Receives life and non-life referrals from branches and lending units and evaluate insurance requirements
* Prepares life and non-life proposals and quotations and forwards them to requesting unit or directly to client
* Makes joint calls with branch managers and account officers to explain proposals to clients whenever necessary
* Cross-sells insurance products to existing clients
* Assists clients on claims
* Assists in collecting premiums whenever required and in the requests for refund, premium set-up reversals and cancellations
* Coordinates with principals (Ayala Life, Ayala Plans and BPI/MS) regarding clients’ concerns

* Product Management and Marketing
* Assists in the implementation of sales plans, sales drives, new product launches and marketing events
* Ensures the availability of product merchandising and presentation materials, policy application forms, medical exam request forms and updated premium rate sheets in branches and business centers assigned

* General
* Provides product briefings, performance updates to provincial branches and business centers
* Accomplishes weekly reports on production, collection and accounts receivables
* Pre-underwrites life insurance application forms

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent with good academic standing
* Required language(s): Filipino, English
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
