Director of Daytime Operations
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
* Direct performance on all programs to meet and exceed all client and company expectations. Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved for multiple clients.
* Directly supervises Operations Manager, Center Business Manager, Account Management, and/or Regional Operations Managers. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
* Manage profitability by client and site. Review revenue generation, analyze profit and loss statements, and maintain expenditures.
* Recruit, develop and retain Operations Managers, Center Business Managers, Account Management, and other call center employees. Ensure they are proficient in their job skills and provide constant follow-up, feedback, and coaching. Empower them to make decisions as business owners.
* Develop and/or direct the proper flow of communication between various departments to ensure all client and company goals are attained.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Oversee hiring process to ensure all positions are staffed to assigned levels per campaign to ensure client productivity and maximum company revenue.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
* Ability to educate, motivates, and conducts interactive/lecture style instruction.
* Ability to manage resources and people.
* Familiarity with the Federal Communications Commission and Direct Marketing Association regulations; excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; strong presentation skills with the ability to speak before internal and external groups; ability to multi-task and adapt to change; strong organizational and project management skills.
* Full-Time positions available.
