Responsibilities:
Advertising Analyst

The Advertising Analyst in the Business Intelligence department will be responsible for creating and maintaining Sales and Marketing reports and data from customer activities along with conducting additional support tasks.

Job Responsibilities

* Track advertising expenses
* Manage month-end reporting
* Create and maintain company-wide reports
* Load catalog match back
* Fraud deletions
* Load source codes
* Profiler leads
* Update government/education non-SIC records
* Maintain customer suppression list
* Maintain customer address changes
* Create marketing codes for analysis
* Fulfillment of catalog requests
* Ad Hoc Analyses utilizing Transactional Customer Database
* Back-up support for e-mail deployment and reporting
* Maintenance of Package Insert Program

Requirements:

* Strong Excel and MS Office, MS SQL or related Query language
* Solid Understanding of Relational Databases
* Ability to multitask and interact in a team environment
* Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Minimun 4 year college degree or related experience
* Preferably a graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Technology
* Preferred: One or more years experience as business analyst or similar function
* Full-Time position available.
* Dayshift schedule
