Technical Support Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify and handle customer inquiries, resolve customer concerns and maintains customer satisfaction.
* Provide assistance in handling customer’s Technical Requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate of any 4-year course.
* Preferably 6 months to 1 year relevant experience in a call center handling technical support account or in outsourcing, shared services, operations or in the service industry.
* Knowledge/ experience in IT or network administration a plus.
* Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
