Finance Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide financial information to senior management to facilitate tighter control and effective decision making.
* Handles the financial management activities of the Philippines BPO Delivery Center.
* Preparation of annual budget and 5-year plans, including maintenance and development of rate cards.
* Ensures timely closing of books and preparation of monthly financial reports.
* Analysis of financial performance and monitoring of variances and cost drivers.
* Preparation of monthly financial forecasts.
* Maintenance of books for the Delivery Center, structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate of any 4-year Course preferably in Accounting and Finance
* At least 5 years total experience
* Of the 5 years, candidates should have 2-3 years experience in Financial Management -
o Financial planning
o Budgeting – forecasting and analysis
o Prepare, analyze and interpret of financial statements and reports
o Cost monitoring and analysis of variances
o Above average communication skills
