HR Specialist
HR Specialist provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or accounts of Accenture.

This includes assisting them in the following areas:

* Staffing
* Retention
* Onboarding and integration
* Career development
* Performance management
* Talent management
* Compensation
* Recruitment
* Employee relations and communication

Furthermore, he/she needs to ensure that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented. He/she will also be tasked to supervise a team of HR Associates and Analysts who typically supports accounts ranging from 150 to 300+ employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

* college graduate
* proficient with HR functions and processes such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee and Labor Relations, Resource Planning and Management and/or general HR.
* has at least 5 years work experience-related with HR functions
* good communication skills
