Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Accountable for Compensation and Benefits strategy and programs for Accenture’s Delivery Centre in the Philippines.
* Defines new (or key changes to existing) compensation programs and processes, and facilitates and influences decision making by leadership on the types and form of local compensation strategy and programs.
* Directs the design and implementation of complex compensation initiatives and establishes the prioritization and schedule for development and implementation of new compensation programs.
* Provides unique expertise and thought leadership to the company in the local compensation area, and facilitates resolution of the complex business issues.
* Overall accountability for the Compensation Strategy for the Philippines Delivery Centre, and supervises the local Compensation Managers, who is accountable for the operational management, implementation and continuous operation of Total Rewards programs & projects that support the business strategy and/or address key business issues in the Delivery Centre.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate of any course;
* 10 + yease of extensive experience in Compensation.
* 8 + years of program design and development experience.
* 5 + team management.
* 5+ years experience in a large global, highly-matrixed, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred

1i dont know if this is the right place for me to write about my interest on applying for a senior manager or any senior administrative role. i have been working for quite some time both in an international environment and multinational corporation in manila. I have 8 years working experience as an executive secretary with Del Monte Philippines (Banking and Insurance, Purchasing and Shipping and also worked with the VP, HR Dept.. I have also worked at the Chinese International School, Hong kong as secretary/admin assistant (Primary Department and University Counseliing working as secretary to the Director and during the Summer School, i worked with the Director for of the Programme as admin assistant. When our family moved back to Manila I was able to work in the Ateneo de Manila University from 1999-2001. Then when our family moved to Copenhagen Denmark, I was able to work for a year in a hotel as supervisor/Asst Manager of the Service Department and also worked for 1-1/2 years with Copenhagen Business school as Coordinator/Administrator of the International Business Programme.
I am hoping that there will be an opportunity for me that will suit my qualifications and skills.
