Transport Coordinator
(Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities:

* In charge of Western Expatriate vehicles and drivers. This includes armored vehicles, soft skin vehicles, buses and leased vehicles, as well as the associated Dispatchers and Drivers.
* Liaise with Western Expatriate employees and families regarding transportation.
* Controls and manages the transport “call center”
* Monitors and does tracking of all vehicles carrying employees/ families.Assigns Drivers to their daily duties.
* Interviews new Dispatchers/ Drivers. Does the test driving and trains them.
* Works as back-up Driver and pick up the employees/ families as required.
* Prepares work orders for the workshops during regular vehicle service and repair work.
* Monitors all vehicle maintenance, repairs and breakdowns kingdom-wide.
* Visits Workshops during vehicle servicing or repairs and road-tests the vehicles after servicing is completed.
* Control the cost and checks all the invoices and gas coupons received from Workshop and Gas Stations.
* Monitors all the Driver Passports, Residential Permits, Driving Licenses, Medical, Safety Training, Authorization
* Letters to drive vehicles in and out of the Kingdom, expiration dates and Drivers’ vacation schedule.
* Monitors vehicle insurance expiry dates and vehicle periodic inspection expiry dates.
* Reports monthly all vehicle gasoline consumption and monthly vehicle kilometers, and checks Driver’s daily vehicle check list.
* Does weekly training meetings with drivers.
* Does driver observations and Tool Box meetings.
* Investigates the vehicle accidents and reports any incidents to Manager.

* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
