Programmer Analyst
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* Analyze requirements and create solutions based upon user requirements as well as evaluate their potential impact to business applications. Communicates solution alternatives based upon business needs. Codes, tests, debug, documents and maintains those programs while following the components of a systems life cycle.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Applicants must be willing to work on night shift.
* Must demonstrate ability to design, develop and implement applications or enhancements based on the systems development life cycle;
* Must demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills; ability to handle multiple, complex tasks concurrently to accomplish goals; ability to show attention to detail and to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills are necessary; ability to follow-up and evaluate tasks delegated to other staff members.
* Must possess strong analytical skills and proven technical skills.
* Must demonstrate business acumen.
* Working knowledge of MS Office applications; demonstrated understanding of all departmental technical requirements
* Technical Skills: Java, J2EE, BEA
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
* Willing to work on Quezon City
* Willing to work on shifting schedule
